About Listium

Offline-first. Shared truth. Real-time command.

Why Listium had to exist

Event operations are built on chaos: guest lists live in WhatsApp, table notes hide in DMs, advancing sits in spreadsheets, and show control runs on walkies with no receipt.

When those systems drift, tables double-book, riders miss, cues slip, and revenue bleeds. Listium exists because fragmented tools turn every night into a gamble, trigger missed cues and safety risks, and operators deserve software that keeps pace with the floor.

Founded from the ops line

The Listium team has spent nearly two decades in the booth, the pit, and the control room, advancing artists, coordinating promoters, settling with VIP hosts, and reconciling door reports that never matched finance.

Door chaos, promoter disputes, table misfires, rider misses, backstage blackout moments, and FOH/BOH misalignment were nightly occurrences. The platform’s architecture mirrors the fixes crews hacked on clipboards and shared docs, but with the resilience and speed a modern room requires.

"One OS protects the night when it’s moving fast."

Architecture built for real crews

Clubs lose signal, so Listium is offline-first, every device keeps tonight’s data cached and ready. Departments fight when data drifts, so everything rides on one shared model feeding Command, Guest Lists, Table Service, Talent Advancing, and Show Control.

Operators can’t stitch timelines mid-show, so Command HUD keeps Now/Next synced across rooms. Pricing Manager and automations exist because no GM can manually adjust mins, courier deposits, and reroute hospitality while the night is moving.

Generic event tools were never built for 1AM pressure, offline crews, or multi-room pacing. One OS powering every module protects truth and integrity when the night is moving fast.

Mission

Event teams work under pressure, in the dark, with zero margin for error. They deserve software that reacts with the same speed and reliability they do.

Listium’s mission is to give FOH, BOH, VIP, talent, and security crews the same truth at the same time so chaotic nights become predictable runs. Predictability protects revenue and the guest experience.

Future

We’re doubling down on offline-first performance, expanding Command’s ability to read multi-room pacing, and tightening the seams between every department workflow.

Listium will continue to earn its spot as the operations OS for the busiest rooms, tours, and festivals by staying ruthless about reliability, cross-crew truth, and the principles we built on day one.
